Founder of People’s Yoga Cyprus, Demetris has more than 20 years of experience in practicing and teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

He has received wisdom and inspiration from many wonderful teachers and mentors, including John Salisbury (founder of Modern Yoga, Arizona), Kino McGregor (Arizona & California), Dharma Mittra (New York), and David Miller (California). In addition, the countless Sat-Sangs in Arizona have profoundly shaped his path.

These experiences have not only evolved his personal practice but also deepened his teachings — always steering him towards that which comes from within, and guiding him to share his knowledge with authenticity and love.
