What are the check-in and check-out times at Divino Gili Air?
Check-in at Divino Gili Air is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available subject to room availability. Please contact us in advance at giliair@divinoresorts.com or +62 8113 802 254 to request.
Can I store luggage before check-in or after check-out at Divino Gili Air?
Yes. We are happy to hold your bags before your room is ready or after you have checked out, so you can spend time at the beach or pool before your boat departure.
What payment methods are accepted at Divino Gili Air?
Major credit and debit cards are accepted. As Gili Air is a small island, we recommend carrying some Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) cash for general island use — ATMs are not available on the island itself, though there are money exchange facilities nearby. Your room charges can be settled by card at the property.

Where is Divino Gili Air located?
Divino Gili Air is on Gili Air Island, part of the Gili Islands archipelago off the northwest coast of Lombok, Indonesia. The resort is close to the beach and a short walk from the main island path. Gili Air is a car-free island — the only transport is by foot, bicycle, or traditional horse-drawn cart (cidomo).
How do I get to Divino Gili Air?
The most common routes are: fast boat from Lombok's Bangsal Harbour (approximately 25 minutes), fast boat from Senggigi, Lombok (approximately 30 minutes), or fast boat from Bali's Padang Bai or Serangan harbours (approximately 90–120 minutes depending on route and operator). We recommend booking fast boats in advance, especially during peak season (July–August). We can assist with boat recommendations on request.
Is there transport on Gili Air?
Gili Air is car-free by local ordinance — no cars or motorbikes are permitted on the island. Guests travel by foot, bicycle (rentals available across the island), or cidomo (traditional horse-drawn cart). The island is small enough to walk around in under an hour. Our team can arrange dock transfer by cidomo upon arrival.

Is there a restaurant at Divino Gili Air?
Yes. Kanzen Gili Air is the on-site restaurant at Divino Gili Air, serving Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei cuisine. The menu includes handcrafted sushi, sashimi, signature rolls, omakase menus, and a daily catch of the day programme featuring fresh lobster, king crab, snapper, and other premium seafood. Is breakfast available at Divino Gili Air?
Yes. A daily à la carte breakfast is available at the resort from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Breakfast is included in selected rate types — please check your reservation confirmation for details.
Does the resort cater for dietary requirements?
Yes. Our kitchen can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-specific needs. Please inform us of any dietary requirements when booking or at the latest on arrival.

Does Divino Gili Air have a wellness facility?
Yes. Oniro Sacred Wellness is located within the resort and offers a full programme of bodywork treatments, yoga classes, sound healing, Reiki, and multi-day retreat programmes. Treatments include hot stone massage, bamboo massage, Balinese body scrubs, and energy healing sessions. Monthly full moon cacao ceremonies and silent tea ceremonies are also available.
